South Summit has quickly emerged as one of Australia's most exciting and distinctive new bands. Blending indie rock, reggae, hip-hop and alternative influences into a sound entirely their own, the five-piece has built a devoted following through their honest storytelling, infectious energy and powerful live performances.

Since forming in 2020, South Summit has experienced a rapid rise, connecting with audiences across Australia and internationally through a string of acclaimed releases and sold-out tours. Their debut album, The Bliss (2024), marked a major creative milestone, featuring standout singles "Givin' It Up", "Ottoway" and "Exceptional". The album debuted at #2 on the ARIA Albums Chart and reached #10 on the ARIA Vinyl Chart, cementing the band's place as one of the country's most promising emerging acts.

Touring has remained central to South Summit's growth. Alongside multiple sold-out Australian headline tours, the band has successfully expanded their reach internationally, performing throughout the UK, Europe and New Zealand while continuing to grow a passionate global fanbase.

Following the success of fan favourites "TOP OF THE HILL" and "WE ARE", South Summit entered 2026 with renewed momentum, releasing the singles "On The Dash" and "Heartless" as the first taste of their next chapter.

The band released their highly anticipated sophomore album, “RUN IT BACK” in June which sees South Summit further refine their signature sound while exploring new creative territory, delivering a collection of songs that capture the band's growth both musically and personally. The Album hit #3 on ARIA Aus Album Charts, received extensive playlisting from Spotify and was ‘album of the week’ with Triple J Radio.

The release will be followed by the band's biggest Australian headline tour to date, the RUN IT BACK Tour, taking South Summit to larger rooms and new markets across the country throughout July 2026. Building on years of relentless touring and a reputation for unforgettable live performances, the tour marks another major milestone in the band's continued rise.
